Back in 2015, I was invited to Global Resilience Institute, 

collectively G.R.I. by Stephen E. Flynn, Ph.D. ,Professor and Founding Director. Within this meeting were top officials from all over, including HotShot firefighters, Large Loss Adjusters from different Carriers, Dept. of Homeland Security and PDAAT. We were brought together to strategize plans to be better equipped of wildfires and natural catastrophes. I brought up my idea of Pre-Loss Assessment. This allows Homeowners in high risk areas to have property valuation applied for Coverage A, and Coverage C. The idea was very well received and fast forward 3 years later has been extremely successful on assisting Clients and Homeowners with Coverage C specifically.
